OUR COFFEE

We serve a selection 100% arabica from ECUADOR.

Our coffee is healty and full of taste.

For cappuccino and latte we use fresh cow milk from small farm.

We have a new Italian coffee machine SAN REMO and profesional mill MACAP. We care about them properly.

Our coffee is from Dos Mundos roastery. Beans from Ecuador grows in altitude around 1700 m.a.s.l. It's planted on volcano Pichincha's hills in a specific biodiverse location between the rainforest Chocó and Andes. Through the shade of wild pins, banana and mango trees, cherries ripen slowly in the best conditions, allowing a concentration of sugars in the heart of the bean. The harvest takes place between July and October. Farmers make sure of the highest possible quality and coffee is harvested only manually.

Characteristics: Sweetness of milk chocolate with tones of nuts, long aftertaste.
